According to the government, I am supposed to arrest the peo ple who are using the drug. If I were to react on my conscience, I would develop to them the situation in which they are putting me in. I would advise them not to do that again and join a rehabilitation facility. I would warn them that if this happens again, they would move on me no choice but to arrest them.
